Tshiamo Mokgatle, was calm and confident. Most importantly he was patient, he stayed on the call for the entire 19min till we put in our billing account. He made sure he captured our addresses and delivery place accurately. I had previously called him and spoke to 3 different people and never completed my call because I wasn't happy with service, but Tshiamo simplified the entire process, professionally so.
