Trying to get rain 101 pro

I visited your rain store and the people working there were excellent they didn't make me feel like I was bothering them super friendly I wanted to change form rain 101 to rain 101 pro they then told me I need to make contact with call center and cancel my rain 101 effective immediately and then I can return the 101 router to them at store and then they wil help me get the 101 pro in store I called your call center and was placed on hold for 25 minutes then call droped I'm not sure if the problem was my network or on your side please help me get the rain 101 cancelled as soon as possible so that I can go back to.store to get 101 pro I'll also return the normal 101router at store here in port Elizabeth
