Trying to cancel subscription

Horrible experience...

Rain falsely advertised that 5G coverage was in my area, and I immediately subscribed. Upon installation I could not get any 5G coverage, and asked an IT specialist to assist - he confirmed that 5G is not in the area. This was March 2020.

Since then I have tried to cancel my subscription, but Rain is not responding on any platforms. Their call centre has closed due to COVID-19, and they are not responding on mails or on Twitter.

In today's world, this level of service is just shocking...
