Trying to cancel rain work and rain mobile

I requested three times for my rain work and rain mobile to be canceled it gets scheduled to cancel at the end of this month but then for some reason the scheduled cancellation just gets removed on its own so now I wanted to know if there's any possibility the rain work and rain mobile can be canceled effective immediately because I'm afraid that if it gets scheduled to cancel again the system will also remove it and I do not want to be billed for this in the new month please help as I have reference numbers after amount of times I called your cancellation department and they scheduled it for cancellation and then after a few days that schedules cancellation would just disappear it's just my rain work and rain mobile I wanna cancel and also I don't want to keep the numbers assorted with the SIM cards it seems like it's a system problem because I don't understand why after few days the scheduled cancellation just disappears please assist me with a resolution
