Try and cancel you rain account!!! good luck

Terrible service. i got rain ias month to month.. then i cancelled in dec 2021 ,they stil debited my account . i tried to get a refund . it became a mission as the call drops all the time . i get calls and sms to say my account is R2956 in arrears . then i get calls to pay this amount when i tell them account was cancelled . they want a ref number . also they didnt collect the LTE router. when i question the lady about it . she had no reason and put the phone down.. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! STAY AWAY !!

so i logged into the account.. there no invoices , but i also recieved another sms now to pay R2956. even thou the router was collected.. so when wil this account be sorted..

i wil not let u debit my account ... fix it on yourside and then i wil do eft... or send me the invoice as there is nothing on the rain account ,
cause try and cancel the debit order.. that wil never happen..
now i got another sms... for final notice..
