The service when it comes to troubleshoot and finding problems even establishing a solution to the problem takes some time have been waiting for 2 weeks now for my connection to be restored mind u me the home work and all the December holidays we were off

I know but my device would go and say no SIM card it's not the technical difficulties around the towers as the areas don't face load shedding at the same time...just deliver a new router or advice if the is a need to buy
