Treats clients like they are worthless and unnecessary

I spend more time struggling to connect with this stupid network than I spend using it , I’m tired guys , what more do I need to do, iv spoken to your team leader , iv called your help desk I was told to upgrade I won’t have a problem again I’m still getting problems, how am I meant to do my job if I can’t even go into the internet!!!!!!
