Trash, terrible and thee Worst customers service

#***- I have logged a query with you guys since you told me that the delivery cannot be made without me being the at the address which I provided the order to be delivered at due to POPIA reasons then you said unfortunately you will have to cancel my order and refund me. This cancellation request I was advised it was processed on the 19th of April but every time I call to follow up on my refund they say my order is not yet cancelled on your systems it’s still up for delivery, This is really unacceptable you said you will cancel order and refund me why is it taking so long please contact me as soon as possible order no is ***
