Trash network - Incorrect billing - no refund - STAY AWAY!!!!

I bought a Rain sim for use in my router. Unfortunately the coverage was bad and I cancelled the contract within the first month. I was surprised to be billed after the cancellation. Its been 2 months and I still have not received my money even though I have made numerous calls and the matter keeps getting escalated but never resolved. The most irritating thing is to speak to someone who claims to be a manager and still nothing happens.
