Transaction Not consented and wont be reversed.

The rain company now insists that it is an online subscription service and that they transact monthly and no longer a pay as you go service. I unplugged the rain router and sim card on the 25th March. And phoned with no help to have the acc closed.Instead today’s transaction is for April and Iam still due for May !! To my shock I owe them for services Iam not using.I was happy to use rain services until I could not afford their services and now Iam forcefully made to afford and pay for them because they fail to listen to a customer. To alert everyone ,It is not pay as you go but a contract that has invoices!! Rain needs to share all these hidden details to customers as they are a very inconvenient part of their product.

They took my money for data I did not use.and will never even use. How can you transact money for two past months of NO service used or given its not like Rain gave me wifi access this past two months but they want money for data they did not give me! When they advertise they say with rain you pay for a time you will need data for..and that is the only reason I opted for Rain. But I learned today that it is all a lie! Once you put your billing details on their app they will rob you and tell you of how you owe them for past invoices of wifi data you never got or used.

Please be warned People of South Africa…Rain will inconvenience you like it just did me.

Rain services and customer service very poor and robs off people. By the way they will be coming back to fetch the wifi ruter they say you get for free when you buy their wifi data.

All lies ..how was that data used when it was not active on the app or account to make things even more shocking the touter was even plugged off the whole of April and May and even now because I no longer need your service….will send to further complaints offices and expose on all social medial platforms and radio that Rain is a **** and NOT a pay as you use product.you strangle of people with ********* payment system. until its proven that what Rain is doing is legal and right which definetely its not I will pursue justice.

All we ask for is the money back because u **** to us that we used the data for April. And u gave *****ulent dates. We never ever ever used the Rain Data. Last time we did it was March. Our Lawyer will be phoning you and I promise we gonna expose rain for taking money from an account that was never part of the pay as you go "contract" as u call it. The Tyme bank account is for our kids savings. We made a notice to get the money today to be able to pay our child's fees because we've been behind and then you guys take it. This is very very unprofessional

You guys don't understand how hard we work amd how stupid sometimes we follow your instructions but you don't keep your promises. We can't pay Rain cause we dnt have money, we only have money to put our children through school. We don't need Internet.

But i never used your data in April. I last used it on the 25 th march. Your router has not been working since that day. You cant charge me for what i didnt use. You are unfair. Right now you actually don't understand how much of this money you took from the account would have done for my kids. you telling about formalities that which i should not actually follow. But i never used the money. Youve been deducting on my fnb account, you dont find money there. You go to my family savings you take money there without my consent. Can i have the money back.

Rain did not have any internet connection from 25th March to today! How is it possible that I used any of this data you are counting for me. Please stop what you are doing . I was a good paying customer and had used your services until now because Iam unemployed.

Satisfactory is when you bring back my child’s money. Can i have phone numbers t escalate this because there is a law firm that would like to phone your office. And theres so many laws that u have broke in taking money from an account that was not agreed upon and also lying that i used your data and i didnt.

The financial Intelligence Act (38 of 2001) suggest that civilians are protected from financial crime, i have not given you consent to take money from my savings account, that isnt the CVV number agreed on. You will send the relevant phone numbers and will bring the money back and my child wont be stopped from attending her school classes.
