Towers are down and no network service

The network service has been out for almost 2 days now. The towers go down for over a week in the last 2 months. This is a major inconvenience as i have been using this got my education. I've been really disappointed in the service. If the problem persists and the towers are not fixed i am afraid i have to switch over to another network. Please fix immediately. I would not recommend rain to anyone because their service is pathetic.
