TOWERS ALWAYS AN ISSUE
Wow 5G is now in your area.... bull#$%%^%^! The towers are more down than online, what are we paying then for? We call in every time, get a new reference number, and then....NOTHING!! We stay offline for hours...... Not much are being done by Rain to get these towers sorted out. and we must just accept the normal debit order to go off each month - the same amount for NO service - pathetic!!

07 Mar 2022, 18:03Thank you for the credit feedback. But still would like to know what is the issue regarding your towers that are ALWAYS off. Exampe internet went off yesterday 06/03 at about 19h00, no internet for almost 24h.

17 Mar 2022, 10:06This has been going on for months now - the least you can do is keep your clients in the loop of whats going on. We dont care about the towers / repairs / your pathetic service anymore as we are cancelling everything today. As promised by your call center agents we will be credited for all the days that we were offline. So get this ONE job done & arrange the credit ASAP.
