Tower under maintenants

I use rain for a while, it works Perfect till 13 okt. It went off and from then i Phone them more than 20 time. They say the tower i use is under maintenants. After a lot of calls they say there is not a tower near us. They dont Phone me, nothing. Dont know what To do ......
