Tower problems

To be fair, rain is a good network. However over the past 2 days, there has been a problem with the network. This is because of the electricity problems in the area. I'm referring to mfuleni, an area in cape town. The towers is not working, vodacom is also having the same problem. The number to contact rain on is another problem, no one answers the phone. This is a simple problem, which requires a simple solution. Someone needs to be sent out, to fix the towers in mfuleni.
