😡😡 TOWER NONSENSE EVERY WEEK
*********** ISP as usual failing to render services to their customers every week the tower close to my house is always under maintenance and this has been going on for the past 4 months..Rain is a biggest failure as their technical team only get things done temporarily without having a proper permanent solution to that problematic tower. It's a pity to us who use internet for work as every week we're failing to meet our targets because of Rain. STOP THAT **** RAIN😡😡😡😡

15 Oct 2025, 14:32Rain please get your facts straight I called your call centre and one your support agent tole me that you're replacing the old tower and the technical team is busy on the site putting a new tower.
Who is lying and telling the truth between the two of you.
Please be honest with us your customers if you cannot do anything about the tower so that we move on to other ISP .

Your service sucks it's been 2 days without internet now I can't work and this tower issue has been a weekly problem worst you can't do something permanently about it.
You're *********** and pathetic.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX THE TOWER PLEASE BE HONEST SO WE LOOK FOR OTHER ISP .
