Totally useless!!!

Since my previous review 2 weeks ago, absolutely sweet squat has improved!! Northern suburbs of Newcastle have to deal with the same excuse time after time after time: "Sorry, a tower shows an alarm and everybody is connected to one tower." Therefore, internet speed, no sorry, "Speed" is the incorrect word. Internet connectivity resembles that of a beta dial up connection in the mid 1950's. Guess what? Faulty towers is NOT MY PROBLEM!!! I think I shall contact the ombudsman since this ongoing issue never finds a permanent solution.
