Totally fed up with Rain

Good Evening,

I don't even know where to start.....

My fiance and I have been with Rain since May / June 2020 Since day 1 we have been having constant issues, connectivity & speed Rain says on it's ads that it is an uncapped 2 megs per second internet connection! However, at best I get 50 kilobytes per second, which is like saying your car can drive @ 180 kph when in actual fact it can only drive not more than 20kph. We have sent numerous complaints via the "rain" website, but still have not heard from anyone @ Rain. I even put in a request to upgrade to 5G, still no response. So in actual fact, We are paying R479 per month for absolute nothing. when Rain does eventually work, you can't connect 2 pc's to the internet without it giving ****. My Fiance has lost 10's of thousands of Rands due to Rain, as most of his business is done online.

Come end of the month, Rain is quick to deduct their money, but when are we going to get the Internet or Data that we are paying for......................

Totally fed up! ! ! ! ! !

PS: does anyone have any advice on other Internet Service Providers besides telkom & rain that actually delivers what they promise?
