Totally Disgusted

Your service is terrible. Refund my money or I will lay a charge against you for *****. Firstly how can you say that I pay in arrears when you debit my account on connection. Secondly one of my payments was not credited on my statement. If Rain could even just bother to make contact with me. But alas your service is a disgrace. I would never recommend your company to anyone. If you bother to check the Rain site on Facebook READ IT. I have wasted so much airtime trying to call your customer care. Noone ever answers
