Total Extorsion!

I took a router with Rain in 2023, the signal was ******* and everything kept buffering. I reverted back to Afrihost and in the interim. My card that was loaded for Payment for Rain had expired, therefore the debits werent going off. I have an outstanding amount and called in yesterday to cancel my 'month to month contract' and advised I will make a payment for the amount owing. I spoke to Abongile/Avongile yesterday. The 11th of Jan 2024 who advised I would receive an email to cancel. And of co****, till now I have not received anything. I want to CANCEL so I cant stop having to pay for something I am not using and you're just racking up the bill every month.
