Took my money twice and extremely bad service

Rain debited my account twice and I called in, was transferred to a lady at their accounts department I then explained that I R529 on the 02/09/2023 and then they debited again R529 today 04/09/2023 that money is for my other debit orders which I have with other companies and then the lady/girl decided to drop the phone. I NEED THAT MPNEY REVERSE BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your accounts department agents have very very bad service and rude.
