Why debiting money on my account without my consent. Did you not say you only go pay whenever you wanna use. I didn’t use your sim card even last month but you debiting why. Please refund my money and stop being ****. You such an inconvenience I regret ever buying your SIM card. You know you have no staff to take calls and you do this to people taking their money.

REFUND MY MONEY and remove me on your system .
