too quick to praise rain

After having a good service from Rain, I quickly sent a DM on their facebook page and send them an email, providing them with details of the person I was referring. Sadly it has been over 72 hours and the poor person has been waiting for a call from Rain with no joy, he even decided to call them himself, I guess I was too quick to praise you!
