Too much rain and no support

What I thought would be an easy process, sadly turned out to be the complete opposite, other than collecting a free 4G sim card at my local Clicks. Since Sunday 17th April I have been battling to get the sim card to connect to Rain after changing the mobile router settings. I have made 4 phone calls to Rain Support and each time promising to call the user of the router to see why she gets "Connect, without internet".
