Too many Internet connection issues

Really starting to be very disappointed with Rain!!! No support provided even when they finally decide to pick up the phone then make you wait over 10mins as if they called you. They only send out automated responses and never follow up. Still having internet connection issues from more than 8days ago, yet I'm paying for unlimited data access. ****ty service
