Today, 08.04.2024 I received a call from Rain Internet Service Provider agent(Dante Klein) based in Cape Town. He was very friendly, accommodating and understanding of my current network connectivity issues as he tried and patiently assist me with an online payment i was required by Rain to process. He even went as far as emailing me other alternative ways to finalize the payment given very bad network connectivity issues in my area and my bank as well. Big ups to you RSA needs more of Dante Kleins. I'm happy with Dante's clientele service😇👏🏾
