TO THE HERO FROM RAIN

I would like to applaud Phillip Louw from Rain. I have no words to explain, the relief he has given me. Without asking any questions he already knew the situation very clearly from the onset. He clearly laid out the strategy to achieve the best possible results in what was supposed to be a very simple situation.

He was clear, he was prompt, humble and very understanding. A great listener too. I wondered where he was all this time I had to deal with what I cannot even mention.

He was able to empathize, extremely thoughtful, helpful and a quick problem solver. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help through this with great attitude and flare. A person who makes it their mission to keep a smile on a paying customer's face.

Most times it's always the thought that counts. It sometimes take that one person who knows why he is the best at his job and excels in doing it.

I am happy to say, Philip Louw has resolved the previous issue and took him just one phone call and a big heart. Well done, and Thank You. You went beyond the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars.

P.S; I have removed my previous review only because of him and those involved in the process, Thank you all .

At the end, there is a person there who knows what they are doing, prioritizes customers and keeps real promises.

I hope this is a re-boot of a great customer experience I used to have with Rain.
