To the CEO of Rain

Dear (insert your preferred pronoun, name and surname if you choose to do so)

Rain is the ABSOLUTE WORST and have NO IDEA what Customer Service or Support is supposed to be or do.. but unfortunately you are stuck with me.. And for as long as I am paying for service I do not get.. I AM GOING TO TELL TE WORLD ABOUT IT!!!

Or maybe.. Tell you what.. Create a senior position for me and give me access to all your support queries that are escalated to a certain level.. and the authority to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN.. a "select few" of your current staff and we will pull Rain out of the event horizon you are clearly headed towards if this is the way Rain will continue to conduct business.
