To start off...let me say this, Rain's 5G network works well. I had some issues in the beginning with connectivity however a nice lady called Shaney helped me and it was resolved after receiving a new 5G unit. Sadly when it comes to the Cell Phone connectivity its a completely different story. Dropped calls, My Rain app stops working, cannot dial or receive calls. We migrated 2 numbers over to Rain and I am sorry I did so. Trying to get support is near impossible. I spent over 2 hours today holding to speak to, or being transferred to agents. Not a pleasant experience at all. In sheer desperation I reached out one last time calling the support line. I was pleasantly surprised when the call was answered in under 15 minutes. I was asked to uninstall and re-install the RainTalk app....needless to say, it still stopped working. So in short, if you want a reliable Cell network with a customer centric call center who are efficient and puts you first, Rain is not the one for you. It will take a lot from Rain to keep my lines with them. I rated them 2 starts purely because of Shaney's helpful service and the fact that the 5G issue was resolved otherwise they would score a well deserved 0 stars.
