TO RICA OR NOT

So unfortunately you have to at least rate 1 star and not negative stars.

So my first problem was the system generated 3 orders and then come payment time 2 were paid. This should be fixed up as my bank will reverse the one charge.

Then we get to try and RICA the sim. If you click on RICA NOW nothing happens. You dont get a SMS link like they say. So then one wants to contact support, but you cant. If you click on Support, it wants your msisdm. Try clicking on the drop down menu and nothing happens, so you cant send an email to Support.

So now lets try get clever and download their App and hopefully I can register on that. WRONG. Using the same login and password for the website, I keep getting Invalid User/Password. So you cant sort things out this way.

So now its 2 days on, I cant RICA but have paid for a service that does not exist. Only thing I can think of is to reverse both charges and forget about RAIN. There is no Customer Service at all if their system does not work well.

I cant comment on whether its easy or difficult to set up on a router as can activate the SIM yet so unless you buy their Router and Sim together and get it delivered and RICA'd with delivery, you can forget getting it up and running. RAIN RAIN GO AWAY AND DONT COME BACK ANOTHER DAY.
