To be exact this is about a manager i spoke to by the name of Yusha. After speaking to so many consultants and TLs who couldnt help, the manager to time out his busy schedule to help a customer in need and i must comend him for that. He helped me quicker then i expected and spoke to me like i was the only customer they have. Rain internet service is perfect, customer service agents are great most of the time. Happy customer.
