Tired of waiting
It has been 10 days now complaining about the same problem to this company and no one cares to come forward and assist. I really love rain but I don't like how they are currently treating me. I wrote to Hellopeter about a week ago, I indeed got their response mentioning that they will prioritize to assist me and nothing happened, I called them again the next day after posting my complain here on Hellopeter and nothing happened. I am beginning to lose my patience because I rely on them for work purposes and I always pay them on time.

10 May 2023, 10:14I have already done that, that is what I am always been told to do (6 times calling your company about this same problem, and every agent that assists me advised me to do that) I have done reset, I have done optimization, I have done changing of one tower to the next, I have removed and inserted the sim back in, I HAVE DONE ALL THAT!!!) nothing is working, even when I am resetting this router, during that process where I am pressing this pin in, it continues to flicker.
