TIRED OF THIS NOW

Rain is honestly the PITS! I am honestly tired it’s always the same old tower story but this is becoming more frequent. I literally made payment less than an hour ago and already network is gone. Customer service take their time to answer calls, I had to be persistent and ring them for about 6 times for them to pick up. It’s holidays right now and everyone is at home using internet but ours is down!!!!!I am so angry and I don’t know what to do with my anger because calling you people does not seem to solve anything. even while I was away I kept getting complaints that the internet is always on and off.
