Tired of the network issues

What in the hell are the people at RAIN doing? Do they even care about these reviews, let alone their customers? Do they know or even understand what it means to be an Internet service Provider? Their service both internet and customer is appalling, its so poor that it has gone from bad to the absolute pits!!! It is so pathetic that its actually downright laughable. What a joke. I honestly have nothing nice to say about them and this has indeed been the worst, most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a service provider EVER!! The bandwidth is so severely throttled that you can’t do sh@!* with it, often times you end up with no internet connection. Even performing the smallest of tasks like opening up a web page (mind you WITHOUT any simultaneous streaming or multiple devices connected) will end in tears and you’ll have to wait hours to get a half decent connection. You people need to get your damn act together..I derive no pleasure in writing such a critical review but I feel the truth needs to be told about them. I’ll reserve the rest of my comments because I might use too much profanity and be banned for cussing you out! I’ll say it again…RAIN NETWORK IS A ****, there’s no network and we are paying for *******..You are the worst…
