TIRED OF RAINS MEDIOCRE SERVICE

Thé past two weeks we’ve been calling rain non stop to no solution. We keep being told that they can see the network isn’t working properly and a technician will be in touch. It’s been two whole weeks waiting on a technician to call. If Rain is not serious about providing services we pay for, im going to need for you guys to say you can’t and we can take our money elsewhere. TIRED OF RECEIVING MEDIOCRE SERVICES. We pay for the wifi, it’s not a favour.
