Tired of Rain ISP

This Rain is the pits. You pay for 60mbps bit the upload speed never gets above 31mbps. They never call you back to resolve the issue.

I'm tired of Rain.

So someone called and told me they would get a technician to come sort it out. How does one pay for 60mbps when you only get 31mbps. It's unthinkable how Rain can be so ************. What a rip-off!!!

Although, they eventually sent a technician at 1pm on Tuesday 14 November 2023, he didn't do anything as he mentioned that there is no way he can improve upload or download speed by coming on site. I have since learnt from other colleagues that Rain has a habit of THROTTLING customer service especially during peak hours such that although paying for 60mbps, we are actually getting 30mbps speed. This is business malpractice and is actually ******* in some countries.
