I called RAIN today very irate trying to get my sim activated after multiple escalations and disappointments from their billing department, I spoke to Tintswalo and as difficult and angry I was she still treated me with respect and went the extra mile to resolve my issue while remaining calm, empathetic and kind. The service she and her team provided is outstanding and employees like her need to be valued.
