Time to say goodbye to Rain

You’d think with so many complaints of the slow speeds, Rain would actually do something about it. But it seems they’re just happy to take people’s money and provide the worst internet and customer service ever. I’ve complained so many times, and each time it would improve slightly for a few days and then go back to constant buffering and speeds in Kbps. For the past week I’ve not been able to stream anything without constant buffering. The issue was logged with ref *** and to date, no response from Rain. Pathetic customer service. Completely exasperated now. After remaining a loyal customer since July 2019, I think it’s time to move on to another service provider.
