Time to part ways with Rain and their Poor Service

On the 30th of December my rain network stopped working, I called them on the same day, we did troubleshooting online and the issue didn't get resolved. I was told that my issue has been escalated, I was debited as per norm on the 31st My service is still disconnected. I've been calling them and get told the same escalation story. did not have any internet connection from the 30th of December and till today. I seriously don't know what to do any more. Please cancell my service with immediate effect.
