TICKETS CLOSED WITHOUT RESOLUTION!!!
There has been no connection for close to 24hours now. There is no number to call because we need to be reconnected urgently!!!
My ticket was marked as resolved even though NOTHING was resolved - STILL NO CONNECTION. Cannot even connect to the router because the wifi light has been OFF!!!
