****S OF THE ISP MARKET

Rain is falsely advertising their ISP products to customer i have the main complaint specifically they claim to offer month to month-cancel anytime and flat rate fee for unlimited packages.

My complained is that is that they failed to cancel my monthly service when i did not pay for end of January for the month of February 2021 they only cancelled on the 18 of February because they confirmed they were experiencing technical issue they also failed to inform me as a customer they i will be billed for the days used (that statement only app**** to customer on other products not limited and they are not allowing me to cancel my subscription which is according to their website cancel anytime service.

Recap they are admitting to technical issues that caused them not cancelling my connection like they usually do if I did not pay, and they are also billing me for those days used but for my unlimited package it’s a monthly flat fee according to their website and adverti*****t as well as policy document.

And they are forcing me to pay before I can cancel their service.
