Throttled to ****

We get throttled so badly we cant even send a whatsapp message through the wifi. The internet isnt so great where we are so we need the wifi... We have the uncapped for home but Rain is absolutely useless, my little sister has online studies to do, I have work to do online and also studies and then my mother has her own things she needs to do on the internet. But my sister cant even do her tests and such because she needs to be monitored on zoom by a teacher and we struggle to get that working, we keep needed to pull my dad away from work so he can 1 phone rain AGAIN because there's a problem or 2 we need to use his phones data via hot spot because rain throttles us that badly. This is ******** how we pay for this and we cant even use it.
