Throttled and slow speeds

When we got the rain sim in March 2019 it had some awesome speeds. I'm talking 34mbps download and 27mbs upload. Since around August 2019 the speeds are steadily declining. Im getting a MAXIMUM of 4mps download and a variation of 5 -9mbps upload. Not fast enough for my online teaching, not fast enough for my business, and i spend over 1k a month..... Seriously, i know that rain isnt responding to any Hellopeter comments but they should, they promised us fast speeds, now they are throttling us ... Im from Polokwane so no 5G yet or any time soon...
