Three years later my account handed over to debt collectors without any prior communication.

I opened by account in 2020 during the national lockdown. I utilized the account for few months and stopped using the account due to the poor connectivity.

My account continued to be billed without my knowledge. Now in 2023 I have received a call from Easton Attorney's informing me that my account has been handed over for non payment. 3 years down the line. No communication about an outstanding amount. Not even in their portal. No email NOTHING.

Their debt collector agents have bad attitude and are not helpful. Called their support team and they too are not able to assist. Instead drop the call.

Very unhappy and disappointed. Would like someone to please assist me in resolving this issue
