threatened by an Agent

Just joined this network with poor customer service

I have 3 tickets that 2 were never attended to, i was threatened by an Agent who told me that if i "complain like this" i will not get help , for me that is really a threat and guess what it came to reality. reference *** , *** no response to this day . Your so called Manager Yolanda who failed to return my call as promised today , till now i am waiting for her response.

This is really surprising that we get threatened by call center agents and to learn that is not a threat but a promise that Rain keeps. we pay our money for service

can i please have my sim activated today before 17:00 because from that time your offices are closed.

current ref again ***, this lady who took this call she must be the manager not other people that you have. how can a system be down for 5 days ?
