On in December i requested that the refund the amount that they debited and after the refund i tried to cancel they only came back to in january I initiated a clear a cancellation request on your app due to consistent service and network issues. This included confirming the device collection process at my address forming part of you having to collect the device from my address. The address was captured as part of the cancellation request, (was given 2 options, either I drop off or you collect) Despite completing all necessary steps, They still try to debt my account even after the device went back to them and still claim i owe them.i wil not pay anything my bank account is on-R1500 they can use that money to pay themselves
