This review doesn't even deserve a single star, negative 10 stars is what I would give it

Rain is pathetic, come every month end their internet connection becomes sluggish. This has been the case since April 2021, this is why cheap is not always the best route to go. All the reviews I see on this platform are of a similar complaint and it looks like RAIN does not care that their customers aren't happy.

Pleas explain to me what is the process of cancellation so that I can plan my exit without comprising my work. If I select cancel sim on 31st will service terminate on that day or 30 days later ?
