THIS RAIN IS GOING DOWN THEDRAIN

I’ve been struggling with rain internet since I sent the first complaint on their website, on the 14th, 10 DAYS ago. They DON’T have an email address, because then you get a logged account of the multitude of unanswered emails sent, automated responses DON’T resolve the problem It’s easier to HIDE behind a website. I have been a client since INCEPTION DATE: 24/03/2021. I updated on UPGRADE DATE 30 August 2022, from “home basic” (BAIE SIEK), with an advertised speed of 25Mbps. All the speed tests I did exceeded the 25Mbps. The “home standard” had an advertised speed of 50Mbps, but NEVER reached it once. It went from just over 40Mbps to as low as 16Mbps. After multiple replies to their SENSELESS suggestions, (move the router to a window). After I’ve been staying in the same tent in a caravan park where the router was delivered, and 2 of their engineers have attended to other issues on previous occasions, without comment. When the (router to the window didn’t work), rain was COMPLETELY DRAINED of any further ideas. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. It is FALSE advertising & over charging that earns their income. ANOTHER BROKEN company in this BROKEN, THIRD WORLD COUNTRY.
