I joined Rain on the 29th of July 2020 and I cancelled it a week later due to poor service even though the promoting coverage on my area, so when I cancel it they want to charge for August 2020 for what? So what happened to the R479 I paid on the 29th of July? Because you cannot tell me it was for July whereas July I did not use your services so this ********** company what us to be pay for a service that’s poor which goes against consumer commission regulations I have right not to pay for this as it is poor. I’m not paying anything in September until someone tells me the R479 I paid on the July 29th what happened to it
