This morning i was ready to cancel my subscription because i have been messaging rain non-stop and receiving no help. Thandoluhle was like a ray of sunshine and will be the only reason i continue to use rain services. She sorted out the issue ive been having for about a month in less than 2 minutes. I greatly appreciate her but i am still dissapointed in rain.
