This is not okay!
I was told 2 weeks ago I would get refunded for the months I’ve been getting charged and 10 days has long passed on Friday last week and my money still hasn’t been refunded. I’ve been struggling with Rain since I decided to end it in November! And I was still getting charged

I have the transactions to prove it and I’m very unhappy with this run around you guys are giving me. Just give me what you owe me NOW! I’m tired of explaining the same story to you guys Because clearly you still want to play games with my money. Just give me what you owe me so I can walk away!
